Delete your account.

The fastest way to permanently delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the Glimser app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to Delete Account and confirm.

This is immediate and irreversible — your account and all associated data are erased from our systems.

We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days (usually much sooner). We may retain limited records only where required by law.

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can, at any time, delete individual wardrobe items, looks, and try-on results, and remove anything you shared to Discover — all while keeping your account.

To request removal of specific data you can't delete yourself, email support@glimser.com from your account email and tell us what to remove.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and account details (name, email, measurements, preferences)
• Your wardrobe items and their images
• Your virtual try-on results and uploaded photos
• Your outfits, folders, and any looks you shared to Discover
• All associated files in our storage

Deleting your Glimser account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple and Google manage that billing. To cancel, also go to your App Store or Google Play account settings → Subscriptions → Glimser → Cancel.
